6.41 HTA unit (option)
Check the air filter daily (or more often if necessary). Check the oil level daily. Prevent
corrosion: run the HTA compressor for at least 15 minutes every week.
When the air filter becomes clogged, the message “Clean / replace the air filter ele-
ments” appears on the main screen.
Air filter elements: replace the inner element [4] and the outer element [3] every 500
operating hours. Replace the inner element and the outer element at least 1x per year.
The inner element [4] cannot be cleaned. Remove the inner element only when you
want to replace it. Clean the inside of the filter housing before you remove the inner
element.
Change the oil (

92 ) every 500 operating hours. Change the oil at least 1x per year.
Checking the air filter:
1.
Squeeze the dust valve [1]:
•
To check if the valve is clogged. Clean the valve
if necessary.
•
To check the condition of the rubber. Replace the
valve if necessary.
2.
Clean / replace the air filter elements:
•
Remove the filter cover [2].
•
Remove the outer element [3]. Clean the element
with a blow gun (maximum 5 bar). Blow out the
dust from the inside to the outside. You can clean
the element 3 times before you must replace it.
Replace the element if it is damaged.
•
Place the element and the filter cover back.
3.
Check the hoses [5+6] for leaks. Replace the
hoses if necessary.
4.
Dispose of used filter elements in accordance
with the national legislation
Checking the oil level:
1.
Open the hood [7].
2.
Check the oil level with the dipstick [11].
3.
If necessary: add oil (  92 ).
Changing the oil:
1.
Open the hood [7].
2.
Remove the oil plug [9] and drain the oil.
3.
Place the oil plug back.
4.
Remove the filler cap [10].
5.
Pour 1.2 litre new oil (

92 ) into the HTA com-
pressor [8].
6.
Check the oil level with the dipstick [11].
7.
Place the filler cap back.
8.
Dispose of the oil in accordance with the national
legislation.
