8 - TROUBLESHOOTING

Machine functions troubleshooting
The table that follows is to aid in the troubleshooting of various problems that can occur with this bagger
Problem
Possible cause
Possible solution
Belt loose
Adjust belt tension
Rotor drive belt slipping
Foreign object in rotor
Remove object from rotor
HPTO clutch not engaged
Engage clutch
Clutch fault
Refer to HPTO clutch manual
Rotor drive belt slipping
Adjust belt tension
Rotor not turning
Clutch timed lockout
Wait 5 minutes and attempt restart
Transport pin locked
Remove pin from locked position
Wheels will not steer
Steering sensors out of adjustment

Feed too wet and heavy
Remove some feed from belt to
reduce weight
Drive chain binding
Check for binding and realign
sprockets
Too much build up on belt rollers
Clean belt roller of build up
Feed table will not pull feed to rotor

Tighten both feed table belt adjusters
to get belt moving, then adjust
tracking
Anchor float switch on
Turn anchor float off
