The Bypass’s Device object ID must be unique
across all BACnet devices in the building network.
Valid values are 0…4194303. The Device Object ID
is formed as a combination of parameter 5040 and
5099. To set an ID from 1 to 65535 set this
parameter = to the desired ID and set 5099 = 0. To
set an ID greater than 65535, set this parameter to
the lower 4 digits of the ID and set 5099 to the
remaining upper digits. For example, to set the ID to
71234, set the 5040 = 1234 and 5099 = 7. The
default values of 5040 = 0 and 5099 = 0 are
handled specially. This case uses parameter 5003,
the MAC ID as the value for the device object ID.
