ENGINE ASSEMBLY
Installation steps:
• Install the engine mounting bolt spacers (right
front and rear).
• Install the engine assembly and then, install the
rear engine mounting bolt, right front engine
mounting bolt and washers.
• Install the left front engine mounting bolt spacer
to engine mounting bracket and then install the
engine mounting bracket, left front engine
mounting bolt and washer.
• Tighten the rear engine mounting bolt spacer to
specification with an engine mount spacer
wrench

• Tighten the rear engine mounting nut.
• Tighten the front engine mounting bolt spacers

(right and left) until they come to contact with
the engine damper 3 .
NOTE:
Do not apply torque to the front engine mounting
bolt spacers.
• Install the washers and nuts and then, tighten
the front engine mounting nuts (right and left).

25 Nm (2.5 m · kg, 18 ft · lb)

Rear engine mounting bolt spacer:
9 Nm (0.9 m · kg, 6.5 ft · lb)
Engine mount spacer wrench:
90890-01516, YS-01516

65 Nm (6.5 m · kg, 47 ft · lb)

Front engine mounting nut:
65 Nm (6.5 m · kg, 47 ft · lb)
