c. Insert the 100µm fixed sample aperture ensuring it is properly seated
and centered in either the binocular viewer OR on the red crosshair in
the Microview window.
Refocus on the aperture image if necessary.
d. Open Omnic from the Windows tool tray.
e. From the Collect/Experiment Setup Bench tab click Open.
Select the
iN5_ReflectionMCT_Default.EXP experiment file and click OPEN to load the
parameters.
Change the Gain = 1. For iN5’s connected to an iS10, refocus
the z stage for maximum IR throughput.
