d. While looking through the right eyepiece with your right eye, rotate the
entire right eyepiece to orient the cross hairs as shown.
e. While looking through the left eyepiece with your left eye, turn the
eyepiece until the slide is in focus.
f. Remove the gold or aluminum slide from the sample holder.
g. Switch the iN5 to transmission mode by moving the knob on the upper
left side of the iN5.
