29. Tune the input mirror.

a. Select the bench tab and ensure the Sample Compartment = Right

µScope, % T.

Leave the window OPEN.

b. If you have an iS10, tune the condenser for best IR throughput.

This is

because of the location of the source relative to the aperture.

If you have an iS50, continue with step 29c.
