Description
Relative Density (60°F, 0 psig) --> Relative Density (T, P)
This function converts a relative density value at 60°F and 0 psig to the relative density value at the
observed temperature and pressure.
The temperature and pressure correction is according to API MPMS 11.1:2004.
Note: The 2004 standard assumes that the equilibrium pressure is below atmospheric pressure, so
taking 0 psig as the base pressure.
