replaced. For example, if replacing the crossover solenoid or oxygen
valve assembly, only remove the connector on the wire pair labeled
“CROSSOVER.”

2. If necessary, affix the appropriate label from the cable extension kit to
identify the individual wire pair(s).
3. Insert the cut wire ends over both contacts in the crimp connector
(Figure 9-74) for each cut wire pair.
