Edge Pitch Inspection Item

This inspection item is used to detect edges through changes in brightness within a region. Edges of the

specified color in one measurement area are found and the number objects, object width, and pitch are output.

Setup Procedure for Edge Width Inspection Item

Step 1

Selecting the Inspection Item
