This command is used to read the hysteresis of control outputs that have
been set at a control point.

The hysteresis of the cooling

side control outputs can be read provided that

the E5ZE is a heating and cooling control model.

The response block for Hysteresis Read (RH) does not include read data
if the end code of the response block is other than 00.
