• OP

: This is displayed when the open correction function (OPEN CORRECTION) is on.

• SH

: This is displayed when the short correction function (SHORT CORRECTION) is on.

• LD

: This is displayed when the load correction function (LOAD CORRECTION) is on.

• PX

: This is displayed when the port extension function (PORT EXTENTION) is on.

EQ is enabled when the display unit setting is GAIN. OP, SH, LD, and PX are effective when the display

unit setting is IMPEDANCE. For information on the display unit setting, refer to "
