7.1.3 Errors that occur during measurement
The errors that may occur during measurement are listed in
Table 7-3
.

-3072 Measurement terminated
due to measurement
points over 20,001.
The number of measurement points
exceeded the limit of 20,001, so
measurement was stopped.
When performing sequence
measurement, reduce the
number of measurement
points at each step.
When performing automatic
high density sweep
measurements, change the
threshold setting.

Errors that may occur irregularly during use of this instrument are listed in Table 7-4 .

An error was detected in internal
communication (measurement section).
If the front panel or
touch panel become
unresponsive, turn off
the power and then turn
it on again. If this
problem occurs
frequently, the
instrument may be
malfunctioning. In that
case, contact the NF
Corporation or its
authorized agent.
-7169 Measurement section no
response.
There was no response from the
measurement section in internal
communication.
-7170 System section no
response.
There was no response from the UI
section in internal communication.
-7171 Remote section no
response.
There is no response from the remote
interface section in internal
communication.
-7172 Internal error. There was an internal processing error.
