Measure the open correction data. Refer to " 5.9.6 Open correction ".
3) Open the measurement port circuit. (Refer to (a) in " Figure 5-24 Connections for open
correction and short correction ".) Keep the spacing and positions at the measurement ports the
same as for when performing DUT measurement.
4) Turn the oscillator output on and perform a sweep measurement. Wait until the measurement is
completed.

[OPEN CORR MEM]
function key to copy the
correction measurement data to the open correction memory.
Measure the short correction data. Refer to " 5.9.7 Short correction ".
6) Short the measurement ports (Refer to (b) in " Figure 5-24 Connections for open correction and
short correction ".) Keep the spacing and positions at the measurement ports the same as for when
performing DUT measurement and short the ports with a metal plate that has low inductance.
7) Turn the oscillator output on and perform a sweep measurement. Wait until the measurement is
completed.

[SHORT CORR MEM]
function key to copy the
correction measurement data to the short correction memory.
Measure the load correction data and input the load standard value.
9) Connect the impedance standard device to the measurement ports. Keep the spacing and positions
at the measurement ports the same as for when performing DUT measurement.
10) Turn the oscillator output on and perform a sweep measurement. Wait until the measurement is
completed.
