3.6 Initial settings
This instrument is initialized when descrived below.
•
When shippend from factory
All of the settings have the intial values. The content of the setting memory is the same as the intial
settings.
•
When the reset instruction has been given
All settings other than setting memory, measurement data, and interface settings are initialized.

When power is turned on, if the resume memory storing the last settings has an error.
Refer to " Table 3-1 Initial settings " for the items to be intialized and the intial values. The table also
shows whether the parameter values are to be initialized, be saved in the resume memory, be saved as
measurement data, or be loaded when sequencing.
