(2) Detaching and refitting the bypass lower pulley

Clean or replace the bypass lower pulley as follows.

Procedure

1. Detach the original holder.
2. Pull out the paper drawer.
3. Remove the bypass cover.
4. Open the front cover and take the image formation unit out of the copier.
5. Place the copier on its left side as shown below.
6. Remove the screw and the limiter mount.

7. Remove the E ring and pull the bypass lower pulley off the limiter shaft.
