7. Wind the new tungsten wires at least five turns around one end of the charger springs,

and trim the end of each wire.
• The length of the twists and the cut wire must be less than 2 mm.

8. Hook the other ends of the charger springs to the charger terminals of the transfer

charger rear housing.

9. Run each wire through the notch in the charger wire retainer pin and pull it tight so that

the charger spring stretches to between 9.5 and 11 mm.

10. Insert the retainer pins into the projections of the transfer charger front housing to fix the

charger wires.

11. Cut off the excess wire under each retainer pin so less than 2 mm protrudes.
12. Refit all the removed parts.
