(13) Setting the lens unit rank

Make the following adjustment after replacing the main PCB or the lens unit.
The lens unit is classified into seven ranks according to the focal distance of the lens unit.
The adjustment is necessary to obtain correct enlargement and reduction ratios.

Procedure

Start

Enter simulation mode.

Enter 28 with the numeric keys.

Press the print key.

Press the stop/clear key.

Exit simulation mode.

End

Press the print key.

Change the setting as specified in
the lens unit with the zoom-up/
down keys (1 to 7).

The new setting is stored.
