Check if CN12-2 on the main PCB goes low
when the bypass paper length switch is
turned on. If not, replace the bypass paper
length switch.
If the levels of CN12-7, -8 and -9 on the
main PCB do not change while the insertion
guides on the bypass table are moved, re-
place the bypass paper width switch.
Check for continuity across the connector
terminals. If none, replace them.
Check if CN12-4 on the main PCB goes low
when the bypass table extended detection
switch is turned on. If not, replace the by-
pass table extended detection switch.
Check visually and remove it, if any.
With 5 V DC present at CN17-1 on the main
PCB, if CN17-2 on the main PCB stays low
when the registration switch is turned on
and off, replace the registration switch.
With 5 V DC present at CN2-7 on the main
PCB, if CN2-8 on the main PCB stays low
when the eject switch is turned on and off,
replace the eject switch.
