Reset circuit

Whenever there is a drop in the 5 V DC and until the 5 V DC supply stabilizes when the power
is turned on, reset IC17 emits a reset signal to the CPU (IC11) to prevent IC11 from behaving
erroneously.
Reset IC17 is equipped with a watchdog timer function to monitor the CPU (IC11). I/O IC6
emits a constant watchdog pulse signal (WD) to pin 1 of reset IC17. When this pulse signal
fails to be applied regularly, a problem with the CPU (IC11) is assumed and a reset signal
is output to reset the CPU. The reset signal is also applied to driver IC14.
