Check the installation position of the cleaning blade and
correct it, if necessary.

Replace the cleaning blade (see page 3-3-54).

Check for continuity across the terminals. If none, replace
them.

Check for continuity across the lamp. If none, replace the
lamp.

Force CN13-2 on the main PCB to go low and check if the
cleaning lamp lights. If it does, replace the main PCB.

Check if the fixing unit thermistor is installed correctly.
