Appendix A. Server Records
Record the Identification Numbers
Record and retain the following information.
Table 4. PC Server 520 Identification Numbers
The server identification numbers appear on a label on the rear of
the server. If you installed the optional PC Server Security Cover
on your server, you must remove the cover to see the label.
The server serial number is also located on top of the handle on the
front of the server. To see this label, you must first remove the
front cover.
Two keys are provided with your server. Store the keys in a safe
place. If you lose the keys, you must order a replacement lock
mechanism and keys from IBM.
Note: Anyone who has access to the key serial number and
manufacturer address can order duplicate keys, so store the
tag in a safe place.
