Novell NetWare Load-Time Error Messages

Load-time error messages can occur under two conditions. If POST
completes successfully, the device driver attempts to initialize and
download the PeerMaster adapter software. If POST completes
unsuccessfully, the driver will not attempt to load the adapter
software. This section describes the error messages that might
appear during load time.

050: The adapter cannot be found

Action:

The driver assumes that your PeerMaster adapter has not been

installed. Verify that your adapter is properly installed. If it is, then treat
this error in the same manner as “The adapter has failed.”
