3. Introduction to lifting sequence
When the brake mechanism of the brake is not energized, it is in the state of holding the brake,
and must be released under the condition that the brake mechanism is energized; because the action
of the brake requires mechanical action, therefore there is a mechanical delay between the drive's
brake output signal and the brake status, and the release time and the brake time must be set
according to the mechanical delay of the actual brake. In theory, the setting of these two parameters is
actually slightly longer than the mechanical delay to avoid the phenomenon of slip hooks.
4. Motor parameters self-tuning
HV610C has the function of motor parameters self-turning . It should be noted that, when
controlling the tapered motor, both dynamic and static setting functions can open the brake of the
tapered motor.Therefore, during the tapered motor parameter setting time, parameter
setting operation only can start when the crane does not carry a heavy load or the safety have ensured.
