Chapter 2: Troubleshooting Procedures

2.14 The Weight Shown on the Scale Display Is Flashing

1. The weight on the stretcher is more than 699.9 lb (317.5 kg).

Yes

Remove the excess weight, and take a weight reading. If this
solves the problem, go to “Final Actions” on page 2-11.
Otherwise, go to step 2.

Look for an interference between the upper and lower frames. There is an
interference.

Calibrate the scale (see “Calibration” on page 4-107). If this does
not solve the problem, replace the scale P.C. board (refer to
procedure 4.34). If either of these solve the problem, go to “Final
Actions” on page 2-11. Otherwise, call Technical Support.

Remove the interference, and then take a weight reading. The weight
shows correctly.
