PFD1/GRS 77 #1 data path is functioning correctly.

PFD1/GRS 77 #1 data path is not functioning correctly.

•

Check PFD Alert Window for PFD or GRS77
configuration or software error messages. Correct
any errors before proceeding.

•

Verify GRS77 #1 status is OK using the AUX –
SYSTEM STATUS PAGE on the MFD. If it is has a
Red-X, troubleshoot why the GRS is offline before
proceeding.

•

Ensure GRS77 #1 connecter is secure and proper wire
harness strain relief is provided.

•

Swap GRS77#1 and GRS77 #2 (if a GRS77 #2 is
installed) to confirm if the problem is in the original
GRS77 #1.

Replace original GRS77 #1 if box turns green after
swapping units.

•

Swap PFD and MFD to confirm if the problem is in the
PFD.

−

Replace original PFD if box turns green after
swapping displays.

•

Check the PFD1/GRS 77 #1 interconnect wiring and
unit connector pins for faults.

•

Replace GRS 77 #1.

PFD1/GDC 74A #1 data path is functioning correctly

PFD1/GDC 74A #1 data path is not functioning correctly.

•

Check PFD Alert Window for PFD or GDC74
configuration or software error messages. Correct
any errors before proceeding.

•

Verify GDC 74 #1 status is OK using the System Status
Page on the MFD. If it has a Red-X, troubleshoot why
the GDC is offline before proceeding.

•

Swap PFD and MFD to confirm if the problem is in the
original PFD.

Replace original PFD if box turns green after
swapping displays.

•

Check the PFD/GDC 74 #1 interconnect wiring and unit
connector pins for faults.

•

Replace GDC 74 #1 if problem remains.
