Purpose 

The “Piston_Flaps_and_Trim” parameter enables the display of 
optional trim indicators for flaps, elevator, aileron, or rudder trim 
on Piston EIS systems. 

 

The following selections are available for configuration of the selected G900X/G950 flaps and trim 
indications (0-3 optional): 

•

 

Flaps 

•

 

Elevator Trim 

•

 

Aileron Trim (not available if rudder trim installed) 

•

 

Rudder Trim (not available if aileron trim installed) 

 

1.

 

Activate the cursor and use the FMS knob to highlight “Flaps_and_Trim” in the AIRFRAME 
field. 

2.

 

Press the ENT key. 

3.

 

Using the FMS knob, select the appropriate flaps and trim in the FILE field.
