To Suspend Monitoring

The monitor suspend function temporarily stops all measurement function,
external output functions, and table and trend data storage.
<Monitor Suspended> is displayed on the window during monitor suspend
condition and operation other than [Resume] key will be deactivated.

1 Press the

(Menu) key, and select “Patient Setup” >“Monitor

Suspend”.

The "Monitor Suspend" confirmation
window will be displayed.

2 Select [Yes] to suspend monitoring.

<Monitor Suspended>
message will be displayed.

3 To cancel the suspend condition, press the jog dial.

If NIBP measurement interval setting is [Cont.] or [1] minute before the
monitoring is suspended, it will change to [2.5] minute after the monitoring is
resumed.

Discharging Procedure

The discharge process deletes previous measurement data such as table, trend,
and initializes all the settings.

1 Press the

(Menu) key, and select “Patient Setup” >“Discharge”.

The “Discharge” confirmation
message will be displayed.

2 Select [Yes] to perform the discharge process.

Patient data and measurement condition will be initialized.
