Replacing bottles

1. Replace the removed bottles with fresh reagent .

 Reagents must be prepared according to the instructions for mixing a reagent.

2. Reconnect the hoses to the Liquid Manager.
3.

12.4 Replacing the hoses

You require the following parts:

• From the CAV800 maintenance kit:

• NORPRENE hose, ID 1.6 mm

• C

‐

Flex hose, ID 3.2 mm

• C

‐

Flex hose, ID 6.4 mm

• Hose connector

• 1 pair of gloves that are resistant to the reagents used

1. Press the

2. Rinse the system. →  141

 There should not be any more sample left in the sample collecting vessel.

3. Remove the bottles and the bottle tray.
4. Remove the cover of the carrier board.
5. Replace with hoses of the same diameter and length. Attach hose labels to the new

hoses.

6. Route outlet hose D6 behind dispenser 7.
7. Secure the cover and place the bottle tray back into the housing.
8. Connect the bottles to the appropriate covers and hoses.
