The system is automatically rinsed with sample and emptied. This process takes
approx. 4 minutes.
Rinsing the analyzer with water
Trigger the rinsing and draining of the collecting vessel before you rinse the analyzer .
1. Open all the reagent bottles and carefully remove the hoses. Open all the bottles if
you wish to replace dispensers or hoses.
2. Dry the ends of the hoses with a clean paper towel.
3. Place the ends of the hoses into an empty beaker.
4. Once the action is completed, select

5. Immerse all the hoses (RK, , S1, , P) in a beaker containing approx. 200 ml of distilled
water in order to rinse the system with water.
6. Select

again.
7. Remove the hoses from the beaker and dry them with a clean paper towel.
12.2.4 Cleaning the (optional) sample collecting vessel
Cleaning the collecting vessel
Trigger the rinsing and draining of the collecting vessel before rinsing the analyzer
1. Remove all the hoses from the sample collecting vessel and the cable of the level
monitoring system and take the sample collecting vessel out of the holder unit.
2. Open the sample collecting vessel by turning the cover in the clockwise direction.
3. Clean the sample collecting vessel with a small brush and plenty of water.
4. Return the collecting vessel to the holder unit and connect up all the hoses again
correctly.
5. Start the sample preparation system.
6. Press the soft key
MODE
and select
Continue automatic mode
to start normal
measurement.

4. Remove the bottles that you wish to replace by removing the hoses on the Liquid
Manager. Use a paper towel to catch any reagents that may escape.
