peak after normalization, and optionally, temperature shift.

User can click the

icon in Tool Bar and the application software will
automatically pop up the high resolution melting analysis setting window, which consists of

and Gene, Sample
and
High Resolution Melting
three tabs. User can set the relevant
parameters for current analytical method in the high resolution melting analysis setting
window.
