2.2.2 Fluorescence Setting
The
Fluorescence Setting
sub-tab on the run setting interface is as shown in figure E-4.

▶ User can set the fluorescence channel and dyes for the current experiment in the
Fluorescence Setting
sub-tab.
User can check the corresponding check box in the
Channel
column to set the fluorescence
channel for the current experiment (1-6 channels for Gentier 96E/96S and 1-4 channels for
Gentier 96R/96C);
User can press the corresponding icon in the
Dye
column and select the proper dye
from the drop-down list;
User can view the excitation and emission wave length of the corresponding channel in the
Excitation/Emission
column;
