Gentier Real-Time PCR System

3.3 Product Packaging

Please use the original packaging materials to properly pack the Gentier instrument and its
accessories in order to prevent the collision and oscillation during transportation.

Caution:

The original transport package of Gentier instrument is designed to reduce the

instrument damage and ensure its transportation safety. Adopt other packaging materials
will brake the warranty, and

XATL Co., LTD.

will not be responsible for damages as

consequences of improper packaging that incurred during the transportation back to
maintenance department.

Reminding:

the transportation of Gentier instrument can adopt general transport (with

awnings).

The specific packing steps of Gentier instrument are as follows:

Step

: pack the Gentier instrument with plastic bag, as shown in figure F-4a.

Step

: place the bottom protective foam into the bottom carton, as shown in figure F-4b.

insert the Gentier instrument into the protective foam, as shown in figure F-4c.

: cover the bottom carton with the top carton, and fix them with four plastic buckles on

both sides of the carton, as shown in figure F-4d.

: put the accessories in side the carton and place the top protective foam on the Gentier

instrument, as shown in figure F-4e.

: use wide adhesive tape to seal the top carton cover and pack the whole package with

packing bands, as shown in figure F-4f.
