The first time you subscribe to 2in1, Ph.book 2in1 setting is set to "A" for phonebook
entries already saved in FOMA terminal phonebook. When the subscription is
renewed, previous Ph.book 2in1 setting remain.

Still image, animation and created animation can be set in Stand-by display setting
for each mode.
