GUI Description:

The tape drive issued a TapeAlert, reporting that the tape

cartridge in the tape drive experienced a mechanical failure.

Explanation:

The library received a drive-generated TapeAlert 13, indicating

that an operation has failed because the tape cartridge in the tape drive
experienced a mechanical failure.
