This command disables / enables the PPPoE IA on specific 
interface for the PPPoE IA.

This command sets circuit ID or remote ID string on specific 
interface for the PPPoE IA.

This command is used to set the retransmitting policy of the 
specific interface for the PADO/PADS packet.
