Notes:
This series of inverters (3004GB and below models of inverters are provided with one way) are provided with
3 ways of analog signal output. The output signals are analog voltage and current signals with the full range
of DC 10V or 20mA. The output content is selected by the users. The full-scale pointer can be adjusted based
on the actual needs.

Notes:
Inverter output signals and user instrumentation system may produce errors, if the user needs to calibrate the
instrument display error or change the instrument display range, AO1, AO2 or A03 gains can be defined for
adjustment.
In order to avoid fluctuations in the output data during adjustment, the system can be set to output standard
calibrated signals (set values of P4.21 ~ P4.23 to 5, DC5V output (50% of the full scale) is obtained) to adjust
AO* gain. When adjusting AO1, enter function code P4.28, rotate the knob

to make the
output signal be 5V, it will takes effect immediately after modifying the value of function code P4.28, then
save by pressing Enter key. The same steps when calibrating AO2 and AO3.
If the peripheral instruments have large errors, then it is necessary to connect instrumentation for actual
calibration.
P4.31 AO1 offset
Setting range: -100%~100% [0.0%]
P4.32 AO2 offset (reserve for 3004GB and below
models)
Setting range: -100%~100% [0.0%]
P4.33 AO3 offset (reserve for 3004GB and below
models)

Notes:
If the offset is represented by "b", the gain is represented by "k", the actual output is represented by "y", the
standard output is represented by "x", the actual output is y = kx +10 b; AO1, AO2, AO3 offset 100 %
corresponds to 10V (20mA). Standard output means 0 to maximum value of the corresponding analog output
when the output is 0 ~ 10V (20mA). It is generally used to correct null shift of analog output and derivation
of the output amplitude. It can also be customized to any desired output curve. For example: If the analog
output is running frequency, and it is desired to output 8V (16mA) when the frequency is 0 and to output 3V
(6mA) when the frequency is maximum, then the gain should be set to "-0.50", the offset should be set to
"80%".
