Introduction
This appendix includes your printer warranty and related
consumables information.
Limited Warranty
XANTÉ Corporation warrants this product against defects in material and
workmanship for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original
purchase of the Accel-a-Writer 812 printer.
In case of defect, XANTÉ Corporation will, at its option, repair, or replace
this product at no charge to you provided you return the product, freight
prepaid, to us during the warranty period. Please attach your name, address,
telephone number, a description of the problem, and proof of date of
original purchase. This warranty does not apply if the product has been
damaged by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication, or if the product has
been modified without the written permission of XANTÉ Corporation.
XANTÉ CORPORATION IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SPECIAL,
INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING
FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY, OR UNDER ANY OTHER
LEGAL THEORY, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DOWNTIME,
GOODWILL, DAMAGE TO OR REPLACEMENT OF EQUIPMENT
AND PROPERTY, AND ANY COSTS OF RECOVERING,
REPROGRAMMING, OR REPRODUCING ANY PROGRAM OR DATA
STORED IN OR USED WITH XANTÉ CORPORATION PRODUCTS.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or
consequential damages or limitations on how long an implied warranty
lasts, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This
warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights
which vary from state to state.
ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES
OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO ONE (1) YEAR FROM
THE DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE OF THE ACCEL-A-WRITER
812.
THE WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU
OF ALL OTHERS, ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
