2. Go to Program Manager and double click the Main Window
icon.
3. Double click the CONTROL PANEL icon.
4. Double click the PRINTERS icon.
5. Select 812 2014.108 on LPT? (the ? is replaced by the number
of the port you are using).
6. Click CONNECT.
7. Locate the TIME-OUT (seconds) box and change
DEVICE NOT SELECTED to 300
TRANSMISSION RETRY to 900.
8. Make sure the FAST PRINTING DIRECT TO PORT is not
enabled.
9. Click OK.
10. Select 812 2014.108 on LPT? (the ? is replaced by the number
of the port you are using).
11. Click SETUP.
12. Click POSTSCRIPT OPTIONS.
13. Make sure the POSTSCRIPT TIME-OUT VALUES are set to
0 for JOB TIME-OUT-SECONDS
120 for WAIT TIME OUT SECONDS
14. Make sure that PROTOCOL OPTIONS are set to the
following:
a. DEFAULT/SERIAL PARALLEL if you are using a
serial or a parallel connection.
