Channel number of the base channel in the time slot 0. Valid range:
1…124 for P-GSM 900
0…124, 975…1023 for E-GSM 900

Default is 63.
1st slot / No.of slots —
Entry field to set which of the sequence of bursts shall
be displayed. Valid entries depend on the parameter No. UL-Slots, default is 1/1.
The first number designates which of the active time slots the Willtek 4400 shall
begin with on the Burst live display.
The second number defines how many from the sequence of bursts shall be
displayed.
Marker —
Entry fields to set the display markers for reading of the measurement
results at specific positions.
No. DL-Slots —
Number of PDTCHs to be transmitted by the Willtek 4460 GSM
System Option and 4468 EDGE System Option. No. DL-Slots successive downlink
slots are assigned by the 4460 GSM System Option and 4468 EDGE System
Option depending on the mobile’s capabilities. The value can be entered after the
mobile has been GPRS Attached and after it has informed the Willtek 4400 of its
multislot class. The value is reset to 1 after a GPRS Detach.
Note: The number of downlink slots is selectable only after a GPRS Attach, as the
mobile informs the 4400 of its multislot class during the GPRS Attach procedure.
The valid range depends on the multislot class n: x/y/z of the mobile under test
displayed in the Multislot class field (see
“Uplink and downlink assignments” on
). No. DL-Slots must be less than or equal to the parameter x, and the
sum of No. DL-Slots and No. UL-Slots must not exceed the parameter z.
No. UL-Slots —
Number of physical channels to be used by the mobile station.
The value is automatically adjusted when a mobile registers and announces a
multislot class supporting less channels than defined in this field. No. UL-Slots
successive uplink slots are assigned by the 4460 GSM System Option and 4468
EDGE System Option depending on the mobile’s capabilities.
Note: The number of uplink slots is selectable only after a GPRS Attach, as the
mobile informs the 4400 of its multislot class during the GPRS Attach procedure.
The valid range depends on the multislot class n: x/y/z of the mobile under test
displayed in the Multislot class field. No. UL-Slots must be less than or equal to
the parameter y, and the sum of No. DL-Slots and No. UL-Slots must not exceed
the parameter z.
TCH —
Packet data traffic channel number. Valid range:
1…124 for P-GSM 900
0…124, 975…1023 for E-GSM 900
0…124, 955…1023 for R-GSM 900
NOTE
The value of the BCCH carrier cannot be changed during an active UL or DL
TBF.
