The GPRS multislot class of the mobile under test is displayed here in the
format n: x/y/z, where n = 1…29 is the GPRS multislot class, x is the
maximum number of downlink slots, y is the maximum number of uplink
slots, and z is the maximum sum of downlink and uplink slots that can be
transmitted simultaneously.

Softkeys
The following softkeys are available on the EGPRS Basic menu:

softkey – allows you to invoke a base station-originated GPRS
detach once the mobile has attached to the simulated network.

Tool bar
A tool bar is accessible from the GPRS Basic menu. It gives access to additional
functionality. The GPRS synchronous mode tool bar includes the following
features:
– Spectrum
– Utilities
– Audio
– Config
To access the GPRS synchronous mode tool bar, push the EGPRS marker tab on
the Welcome menu, then push the
Calls & Meas.
softkey, and finally push the
Tools key. The tool bar will appear at the right-hand side of the menu, providing
access to subsequent menus.
The mobile is paged and a GPRS traffic link from the mobile phone to the 4400
is established for test purposes, with the modulation and coding scheme set to
MCS-5; this means that the phone shall transmit with 8-PSK modulation.
Call graph
Basically, the call graph is the call status display in graphical form. It allows you
to instantly identify the status of a call and the currently executable measure-
ments.
