fixing equipment and accessories outside the center of gravity.
when placing the trolley-mounted device on an inclined plane, the swivel wheels with a brake
must be at the bottom to prevent the device from slipping;
be careful when transporting the device on the trolley; to prevent overturning when moving,
hold the trolley handle with both hands.
During SpO

monitoring it is necessary:
to use only dry and serviceable sensors (without damage of the insulation) to avoid
burns during the use of electrosurgical instruments;
to avoid getting the sensor wire under the patient to avoid the formation of pressure
sores;
to reinstall the S

sensor at least every 4 hours (for children under one year old -
every 30 ... 60 minutes) - to exclude the local blood circulation failure up to press ne-
crosis and to obtain reliable measurements.
During ECG monitoring it is necessary:
after connecting the patient cable, ALWAYS make sure that all its leads are placed
on the patient and do not touch other conductive parts or ground;
when a defibrillator is used simultaneously with the device, observe all safety
measures specified in the operating documentation for the defibrillator
During temperature monitoring it is necessary:
before the first use of the intracavitary temperature sensor sterilize it, since the sen-
sor is supplied non-sterile.
During non-invasive blood pressure monitoring it is necessary:
to use medical assessment when conducting frequent automatic blood pressure
measurements in patients with serious disorders of the blood coagulability due to the
risk of hematomas on the limb with a cuff on;
to exclude the application of a cuff on a limb with skin lesions at the site of applica-
tion, as well as with an inserted catheter or connected line for intravenous infusion
(this can cause the tissue damage around the catheter due to slowing down or block-
ing of infusion during air injection into the cuff);
before measuring blood pressure in newborns and infants, it is NECESSARY to
check that the device profile
is set to the “Child” or “Neonatal”;
when taking blood pressure measurements in automatic mode, regularly check the
condition of the skin at the cuff application site, as well as the color, temperature and
sensitivity of the limb (if the skin condition changes or blood circulation in the limb is
disturbed, immediately stop measurements or change the cuff application site).
During invasive blood pressure monitoring it is necessary:
flush the measuring system tubes with infusion liquid if air bubbles appear.
