11. On the purge control unit, plug the red and black wires on the purge
control cable into the connectors on the black box: Plug the black
wire into the middle connector and the red wire into the outside
connector (see
Figure D-6 ).
12. Reinstall the cover on the purge control unit black box (see
Figure D-7 ), and then tighten its fitting.
