• Install the washer and snap ring .
OIL PUMP
• Install the O-ring to the oil pump and apply grease to it.
NOTE:
Set the oil pump shaft end

to the water pump shaft.

99000-25010: SUZUKI SUPER GREASE “A”
or equivalent
• Install the oil pump with the oil pump mounting bolts and then
tighten them to the specified torque.

Oil pump mounting bolt: 10 N·m (1.0 kgf-m, 7.0 lb-ft)
• Install the washer and pin .
NOTE:
Be careful not to drop the washer
and pin into the crank-
case.
• Install the oil pump driven gear .
• Install the snap ring .
CLUTCH
NOTE:
Before assembling the clutch, adjust the clutch lifter. (
3-43)
• Install the thrust washer onto the countershaft.
NOTE:
The chamfer side

of thrust washer faces inside.
Use a new O-ring to prevent oil leakage.
