If an alarm condition occurs during cycle operation, an alarm buzzer sounds to
notify operator (see Section 7,
Troubleshooting, for a list of alarm conditions and
their possible solution).
An alarm message appears on the display screen. Display shows, for example:
ALARM: WATER
TOO LONG TO HEAT
... and the printer lists the type of alarm and time it occurred:
*ALARM:
WATER

touch pad to silence alarm buzzer and acknowledge
the displayed alarm message. Printer records time the alarm was acknowl-
edged. Printer records:

Unit performs an Exhaust Vapor Removal phase during one minute. Display
shows :
VAPOR EXHAUST
PLEASE WAIT
IMPORTANT:
Unit has a built-in 60-second (approximately) delay to prevent
doors from opening before it is safe. Operator must wait until the end of the
delay before opening doors. Display shows:
CYCLE IS PAUSED
START TO CONTINUE OR
... alternating with:
CYCLE IS PAUSED
PRESS STOP TO ABORT

Before operator can restart a cycle, washer must be re-initialized using the
LOCK/UNLOCK/INIT key switch is located on either the load or unload side
control panel doors

INITIALIZATION
– Use key to turn selector to the right to reset washer
normal operation after EMERGENCY STOP cables, or EMERGENCY
STOP pushuttons were activated, after a power up, or a power failure.
NOTE : Selector returns automatically from reset to UNLOCK position when key
is released.
