15. While DESCALER cycle is in progress. Display shows:

16. Procedure of
Steps 8 to 15
must be repeated for Rinse and Acid tanks.
Liquid Descaler Liquid Scale Remover must be added manually into sumps
each time display shows:
ADD DESCALER IN BOTH
CHAMBERS-PRESS START
17. Once the descaling of all tanks is completed, the washer proceeds to rinse
all tanks. Display shows:
DESCALER
ALKALINE
RINSING
... alternating with:
DESCALER
ALKALINE
SETPOINT
XXX.XF
...and:
DESCALER
ALKALINE
XXX.X F
XXX.X F
...then:
DESCALER
ALKALINE
DRAINING
18. The same sequence will be repeated for Rinse and Acid tanks.
19. Once Rinse phase is completed in all tanks, a Vapor Removal phase starts.
Display shows:

20. When indicator light turns green, press
DOOR OPEN
touch pad on load
side, to open door and allow wash chamber to cool down.
21 Check Suction Plates in bottom of sump for debris. Clean Suction Plates if
necessary.

HAZARD: Wear appropriate
personal protective equip-
ment (PPE) when using a
descaling product. Avoid
contact with eyes or skin. If
spilled or splashed, flush
with water for 15 minutes. If
swallowed, DO NOT induce
vomiting. Administer an al-
kali with plenty of water.
Seek medical attention im-
mediately.
