14. Default WASH tank names are: Tank 1- ALKALINE, Tank 3 - ACID (option).
Press
VALUE
(up or down) touch pad to change from ALKALINE to ACID.
NOTE: Tank 2 is always dedicated to PRE-WASH, RINSE, and FINAL RINSE.
If unit is equipped with a second wash tank (Tank 3), the WASH 1 Tank name
screen will appear to allow operator to determine chemical name. Display
shows:
WASH 1 USES
ALKALINE
__indicates flashing position.
NOTE: If unit is not equipped with an Additional Wash Tank (Tank 3), control will
move on to the WASH 1 chemical rate message.
15. Press
VALUE
(up or down) touch pad to select detergent type (ALKA-
LINE or ACID).
16. Press
CHANGE VALUES
touch pad to confirm selection. The WASH 1
chemical rate screen appears. Display shows, for example:
SET ALKALINE RATE
1 OZ/GAL
__indicates flashing position.
17. Press
VALUE
(up or down) touch pad to select chemical rate.
Chemical rate is input in oz/gal or in mL/L, according to Service Mode
setting (see Section 4 of Maintenance Manual [P764330-842]), within a
range of 0 to 4 oz/gal (0-32mL/L) in 1/8 oz (2 mL) increments.
18. Press
CHANGE VALUES
touch pad to confirm chemical rate. The WASH 1
temperature value screen appears. Display shows:
WASH 1
130 F
__indicates flashing position.
19. Press
VALUE
(up or down) touch pad to select temperature. Treatment
temperature is in Fahrenheit or in Celsius, according to Service Mode setting
(see Section 4 of
Maintenance Manual
[P764330-842])
, within a range of
120 to 165°F (49 to 74°C).
20. Press
CHANGE VALUES
touch pad to confirm temperature selection. The
MIDRINSE treatment screen appears. Display shows:
