6.2.5  Rotary Spray Arms

on Bottle Washing Cart

(Option)

6.2.6  Building Supply

Line Strainers

See Figure 6-4 and 6-5.

1.

Remove Rotary Spray Arms from Bottle Washing Cart.

2.

Loosen locknuts to free Rotary Spray Arms. Use a fine wire (approximately
the wire gauge of a paper clip) to clean out sediment. Rinse under running
water.

3.

Clean bushing and rinse under running water.

4.

Reinstall Rotary Spray Arms on the spray header adaptor and tighten
locknuts.

NOTE: To ease assembly, the spray header hub and the bushings can only be
installed in one position on the spray header adaptor. Align slot from spray arm
to hole on hub.

5.

Reinstall Rotary Spray Arm assembly on Bottle Washing Cart.

1.

Close building supply lines: hot water, cold water, steam, and air.

2.

Remove and clean strainers.

3.

Reinstall strainers.

4.

Open building supply lines.
