9.12 Forced
Set
Forced Set
This parameter defines whether or not the partition permits forced setting. Forced setting means that trig-
gered input lines are automatically bypassed when assigned partition is set.
However, all of the following conditions must be fulfilled:
z
Triggered input lines must be defined as capable of being bypassed.
z
Not more than the defined number of inputs (50% or ONE defined by parameter "bypass mode") may be
bypassed.
z
When setting with a PIN the user must have forced setting authority (setting via an input is equivalent to
forced setting)
The following four options are available for this parameter.
0 = No
Authority
Forced setting is not possible.
1 = Until
Unset
Forced setting is possible whereby the bypassed lines remain bypassed until assigned partition is
unset.
2 = Until Input quiescent state
Forced setting is possible whereby the bypassed lines remain bypassed until assigned partition is
unset or the bypassed line is in quiescent state.
3 = Forced
Set
Forced setting possible whereby the bypassed lines immediately trigger an alarm when forced setting
takes place.

9.13.1 Burglar Alarm/P. Set
Part Set Transmission of
Burglar Alarm
This parameter defines whether or not transmission is enabled on
part set or unset
in the event of a burglar
alarm.
B = Enabled
- = Disabled
9.13.2 Tamper Alarm/P. Set
Part Set Transmission of
Tamper Alarm
This parameter defines whether or not transmission is enabled on
part set or unset
in the event of a tamper
alarm.
T = Enabled
