Installing/mounting

4.2 Mounting Instructions

HydroRanger 200 HMI

Cutout instructions

Select a place for the unit and fasten the template onto the panel (use tape or tacks).

Drill the four fastener holes.

Make the cutout using the appropriate tools.

Mount unit according to the instructions in Mounting the enclosure (Page 35).

Mounting the enclosure

Once cutout is complete and mounting holes are drilled, follow these steps:
1.

Remove the lid from the device by undoing its six lid screws and lifting it off its hinges.

Disconnect the display cable by pressing the locking tab and pulling straight out.

Remove the four screws holding the plastic cover and motherboard to the enclosure.

Remove the plastic cover by pulling it straight out. Be careful not to damage the

motherboard electronics with static electricity.
